Dr. David Seamont specializes in laser assisted and manual cataract surgery, advanced technology premium lenses and comprehensive ophthalmology.
Dr. Seamont received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, graduating in the top quartile of his class. He completed an intern year in internal medicine at Baylor University Medical Center, and returned to the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center where he completed his surgical residency training.
Dr. Seamont has been active in teaching and mentorship throughout his career. He has contributed to online and peer reviewed publications, as well as research presented at national meetings. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, golf and is active in the fitness community.
